Lucky Find

After dropping Ryan in Kalamazoo for school, I decided to stop in Benton Harbor to take some time to photograph and look at what I found. The lighthouse was open for tours. What luck!

 

I can’t imagine the work that went into maintaining these lighthouses in the early days.  Two lighthouses, offset by height, to guide ships into the port.
