It’s a roll of the dice. Rest stops can be cool or a dump.
And, to be fair, the dumps can be fun too. The image is from a rest stop along I-90 as we drove to Troy, NY. There are a series of rest stops in New York that are all rather interesting and built in a farm or barn style.
