One more flight to go. Then it’s train time to Leeds. Dublin Airport is a nice airport, but it’s a really long walk, including to the airplane. We’re a bit north of Chicago in Manchester, where our flights end. We’ve lost about 2 hours of daylight at this latitude, and we’ll lose even more daylight…

Something special about the light at this time. We’ve now passed the fall equinox on Sept 22. The days are getting shorter, and the sun’s elevation will reduce; the light will get even prettier at sunset.
