Lucky Find
After dropping Ryan off for school in Kalamazoo, I stopped in Benton Harbor to photograph its lighthouses. The lighthouse was open for tours, and I reflected on the labor involved in maintaining them historically. Two lighthouses, differing in height, helped guide ships into the port. Continue reading

I stand still or move slowly, feeling things like the impulse of shapes, the direction of lines, the quality of surfaces.
