On Her Way

My #1 is off to college. One more step on her 1000-mile journey into the unknown…. how exciting!!!!

And for us? Another milestone, I feel it keenly. The house is just a little quieter.

Milestones are funny things.  This one, for me was pretty obvious, but most sneak up on you if you’re not paying attention.  Milestones are great reminders for us to take a pause and become aware of the moment you are in and remind yourself that this moment will quickly be gone.
